This has been one the goal I want to achieved ever since I started grinding MHRise speedrun : to get a good Magnamalo SnS TA Run that I’m satisfied with. This is without the doubt one of my happiest and proudest achievement in Rise, as I never thought a relatively new speedrunner like myself can improve this much. It was really hard to push past sub 3’45 barrier, as the amount of RNG required to make it all work out (good AI pattern, low HP roll) This run is on above average AI but lowest HP roll so I do believe we can get it down to 3’1x (my fastest blue skull time is sub 3 from godlike AI on lowest HP roll, which is absurd) but to get the godlike AI on the lowest possible HP roll on Switch is a bit too much of a task, I may visit this later.
With that all said and done, it’s been at least 2 months since I want to get sub 3’45 and been working hard off and on ever since. I couldn’t more happier I succeed, this is one of the most fulfilling speedrun attempt I’ve had in a very long time and I can’t wait to keep doing more!
