风神雷神两者的经典形象是雷神拿着数个小太鼓放在肩的上方，风神则拿着风袋。日本神话中的雷神，通常被描绘成击鼓造雷的恶魔，传说中执掌天气的神祗，日本传统的门神，通常与风神结对出现。日本民间认为，由风神和雷神守门可以使得全年的天气都风调雨顺。

It can be seen from the names that the prototypes of the Aeolosaurus and the Thunder Serpent Narwa (TSN) are the “Feng Shen Lei Shen”, but obviously they are not monsters but god prototypes.
The classic image of Aeolosaurus and TSN is that TSN holds several small taiko drums on top of his shoulders, and Aeolosaurus holds a wind sock. The TSN in Japanese mythology is usually portrayed as a demon who beats the drum to make thunder, the legendary god in charge of the weather, and the traditional Japanese gate god, usually paired with the wind god. Japanese folks believe that guarding the gate by the god of wind and thunder can make the weather smooth throughout the year.
